Mentoring Services

Karen L. Cebulko, RN, BSN, LNCC, CNLCP, owner of LNC Perspective, has provided training to nurses for over 10 years in the areas of business development, marketing and various aspects of nurse consulting services. Ms. Cebulko’s proven mentoring techniques have helped many nurses reach their professional goal of independent practice and financial success.

Who could benefit from our mentoring programs:

• Registered nurses interested in the field of legal nursing or life care planning.
  
• Registered nurses who recently graduated from a legal nurse or life care planning course and are now looking for guidance on how to get the business started.
  
• Legal Nurses and/or Life Care Planners who are having difficulty marketing their services.
  
• Legal Nurses and/or Life Care Planners who would like to expand their practice by offering other services.

LNC Perspective's mentoring programs are individually designed to meet your specific needs and can be provided through distance learning. A comprehensive intake session is completed to determine your specific mentoring needs. After the initial intake, one-on-one telephonic distance training is available through weekly scheduled conference calls. Onsite training is available one-on-one in some geographic locations. We also offer on-site training for groups of 5 or more at a discounted rate.

Criteria for acceptance into the mentoring program are as follows:

• A licensed registered nurse
  
• Access to the internet to receive e-mails
  
• A willingness to learn
  
• A completed registration form
  
• Paid registration fee (which includes intake session and 1st month payment) 30 days prior to beginning of mentoring program

Upon receipt of the above items, your weekly mentoring sessions will be scheduled. Month-to-month options are available after the initial start-up into the program.
