   A Life Care Plan is a comprehensive document which addresses the medical and non-medical disability related needs as a consequence of a catastrophic event and projects the costs of needed items and services over the person’s anticipated life. These costs also include replacement schedules and frequency of treatments. This Life Care Plan is specific to the individual and not generalized to a particular disability.
